Paper Abstract:      E-learning has shifted the learning paradigm from teacher-centered to learner-centered. However, one of the main challenges facing contemporary universities today is the low adoption of e-learning systems. In this study, we investigate the effect of intrinsic motivation factors on learners' behavioural intention-to-use a web-based learning system such as the Blackboard, by extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM).
